The Leading with Emotional Intelligence workshop is designed to provide leaders with a new mindset and skillset to enhance their own leadership potential. Motivational in design, the Program offers to expand the individual potential of executives by introducing elements of Emotional Quotient – the basic inside-out logic. The Emotional Intelligence framework of EQ-i2.0 will be used in the Program.
